FlowIQ AI helps residential developers show their homes online and answer buyers on WhatsApp. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Who we are
FlowIQ AI is a product of Z Studios AI, a brand of Metalab Technologies Pvt Ltd, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Metalab Technologies Pvt Ltd.
When you enquire about a developer's project through FlowIQ AI, we handle your information on behalf of that developer, and the developer also receives it so their sales team can help you.
What we collect
When you message us on WhatsApp
- Your WhatsApp name and phone number
- The messages you send and the options you choose, such as who the home is for, when you plan to buy and the times you pick for a site visit
When you open a property tour
- Which rooms and homes you view, flats you save, prices you check and questions you ask in the tour
- When and how often you open your tour link
- Basic technical details your browser sends, such as device type
When you are on a developer's sales team
- Your name and the project you work on, so we can give you a private sign-in link to the sales desk
How we use it
- To reply to you on WhatsApp and send the tour you asked for
- To answer your questions using the developer's approved project information
- To book and remind you about site visits
- To let the developer's sales team know when you need a person, for example a price question or a visit request
- To understand which parts of a tour buyers find useful, so the developer can improve it
We only message you on WhatsApp after you contact us or opt in. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising by anyone other than the developer whose project you enquired about.
Who we share it with
- The developer whose project you asked about, and their sales team
- Meta (WhatsApp), which carries the messages between you and us under its own terms and privacy policy
- Service providers who host our website and run our systems for us, only as needed to provide FlowIQ AI and under confidentiality obligations
- Authorities, where the law requires it
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only for as long as the developer needs it to help you with your home purchase, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Private tour links stop working after a set period and can be closed at any time.
Keeping it safe
Information is sent over encrypted connections. Sales desk and tour links are signed and private to the person they were sent to, and access to lead data is limited to the people who need it.
Your choices and data deletion
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
- To stop messages: reply STOP in the WhatsApp chat.
- To delete your data: message DELETE MY DATA on WhatsApp to +91 89251 44430 from the number you used. We will delete your enquiry, tour activity and chat history from our systems, ask the developer to do the same, and confirm on WhatsApp.
Children
FlowIQ AI is meant for adults looking to buy a home. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
